Jimmy is best known for hosting many events around town
including JW's Deadutante Ball, Glitter Ball, Little Black Dress
and also the Cristal, Veuve and Valentine Vodka parties at the
Amway Grand. His Vietnamese mother inspired him to cook many
of his specialty dishes including the Dragon Ribs and Fried Rice.
You know you've made his A-List if once you've experienced
dim sum at Wei Wei Palace with Jimmy.
I had the pleasure of trying Jimmy's ribs and I was astonished
on how easy it was to make. The Dragon ribs turned out
jam-packed with Asian goodness! Heaven on a plate.
jLe Dragon Ribs Recipe
1 rack of ribs (3-4 lbs)
2 tbs minced garlic

1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 12oz can Coco Rico coconut flavored soda (or 7-up)
4 green onions thinly sliced
1/2 tsp of sesame seeds for garnish
Cut ribs to individual pieces

Brown all sides for 10 minutes
Add pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and Coco Rico
Keep heat on medium with lid on
Cook until sauce evaporates into a glaze (30 mins)
Remove lid & cook down carefully so as not to burn ribs
